  • If you wish to organise a subsidised event which commits club funds to a venue or external party, please seek the authorisation of the Treasurer, Secretary or Chair before making any firm booking. Details of acceptable subsidies can be ascertained from any of the committee. Remember, we can't subsidise alcohol or fireworks for your event.
  • If you can't make Club Night but have an event for the following month - don't forget you can get the details to the events team by e-mail - events@mkivc.org.uk
  • Any club news you would like to publish in future bulletins can be submitted to the Bulletin Editor bulletin@mkivc.org.uk Space is limited, and copy may be edited to fit.
  • The deadline for events and any club news is the Friday following club night.
