Emails will be sent out weekly to advise of location. Time is always 7:00pm for Tuesday, 7:00 or 7:30pm for Thursday Runs, 9:30am for Sunday Runs. Weekday runs are in the order of 5K, Sunday is 10K, sometimes plus ;-) Emails in respect of races eg Wooburn and Biddenham will be sent out separately.
