Full details to be finalised, but they are looking forward to putting on a range of events which allow all those who want to visit their city to do so, and to be shown around by IVC members.
Manchester is a truly thriving modern city, with something for everybody. Old Trafford, the Trafford Centre, fine museums and galleries. The War Museum North, Urbis, the lot. There are also plans afoot to stage a party for which ticket sales will be limited. On the Sunday, there will be a walk of up to 5 miles in the Peak District, a chance to see some of the stunning hinterland.
This is an Inter-club event, I may not be going myself but let me know if you're interested and I'll put you in touch with other interested members from MK IVC and the organiser from Manchester IVC. For further information see www.ivc.org.uk.
